Spacious Ocean View Condo / Beach Service / 509

Positive: Location and pool were amazing Negative: Rooms were in need of some TLC. Outlets were loose in the walls, there were patches on the wall that looked like they were half finished. Coffee maker didn't work. Staff just kinda kept to themselves. Acted as though they would rather not be bothered. And the elevators were ridiculous. There were only 2 and they took forever!

The apartment is fine, though a bit old and lacking proper maintenance. The kitchen is under-equipped, but the beds are good. There's a somewhat bizarre jacuzzi in the main bathroom. The building is okay, everything works, nice pool, and the best part is direct beach access. A separate comment: the music volume by the pool is extremely loud.

Great location for what we were looking for - beach and busy out in the Miami in the evenings. Would recommend

El dpto bien pero solo para 6 personas. Una habitación no tiene ventana y es muy chica Positive: La ubicación y las vistas Negative: Alquilamos para 9 personas, y había 6 sillas, solicitamos más y nos dijeron que no había. Tampoco había vajilla para la cantidad de personas que habíamos pagado. Uno de los guardias de la propiedad nos faltó el respeto de manera agresiva por haber colgado una toalla, no había sillas para colgar ropa en el balcón

We liked the property very much. I would have appreciated more towel bars and a toilet paper holder in each bathroom. After three attempts, the malfunctioning ice maker was still not working. One of the bedrooms was too small for a double bed. I couldn't access the closet and the air conditioning was too strong in that small room. Apart from that, the place was beautiful, very clean, and the location was perfect for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
